A.C was available but it wasn't needed as we had cool breeze coming in from the porch, and we also had a ceiling fan. My friend and I still sat on the balcony to take pics and eat food. As an added bonus, we had a balcony!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! However, the balcony had a gate for security, but it didn't bother us. The rooms had a stove, microwave, toaster, and mini-fridge. The old studio was very spacious, had more room than in the pictures, but the bathroom itself was extremely small.
